    About Matrix Servers

    I have ordered a new server from matrix servers last week on tuesday in last 7 days the server has been up only on monday and it is down since tuesday morning i posted a few support ticket but seems like they cant or didnt solve the problem. Do you people have any problem with them

    Ordered server yesterday 4 pm, got my server today 7 am

    I order P4 3Gz, they gave me P4 3.2 Ghz + no setup fees

    Server matrix are excellent, but actually call them up, they do things a hell of alot quicker that way

    I like when they give higher specs when they dont have the spec you orderd they never give u something less..

    Yeah problem is solved it was a faulty network cable.
    I cannot blame them as this might happen to anybody anywhere. So they are cool.

    that happend before.. i had to go the the Data Center and replace it.. lucky it was in chicago with me

    I've had some problems with slow responses to support tickets, and even when it was something *VERY* important -> but I sure as hell can't complain about the price / network / *normal* ticket response times.

    They're great. (Usually.)
