It has way too many colors jumping out at me at once. There is no focal point really and the woman in the middle kind of doesn't fit. She's standing there with a computer around all of these grassy-springy colors and images. I'd rework your coloring and imagery.
thanks for that comments... that's what I was thinking too.
just had free time on hand and sitting home.. and I was just doing that design...
i'll keep that comment on mind and work on it again later on..
anyone else with any other comments?

Yep, very very fruity and I agree that it might not be the best design for a hosting site.
One thing that bugs me, and always has and always will is fuzzy text. The text on the navigation should be darker to make it more visible or even put a drop shadow on it or a dark outer glow to match the color of the buttons. The text on "Login" shouldnt have such a high level of an outer bevel, just too much imho.
As for the red and white "99.9% uptime", try decreasing the stroke by 1 pixel and increasing the font by 1 pixel, too much of an outer stroke can well.....cause a stroke.
For the "Spring Plan", "Summer Plan", and "Fall Plan" the gradient on the text is a bit extreme when going from a darker color to a white color, try taking the original dark color and making it a bit lighter for the opposite gradient color, this way it wont be too extreme but will still give a nice fading effect.
I love the creativity though. Great job on leaping out of the box, you're going to make a great designer.
