my dinix.com review (will be updated as it goes along)

ordered the dedicated 200 online today, the process was confusing as hell. you log into their client manager and it says some invoices have not been processed yet, so i go to view it and it says access denied. So i have no idea if they have processed my credit card or not yet. I click the help button, 404 not found. So i called and there is no sales staff in (at 3pm their time) to answer my questions. so yeah.......

Dinix uses modernbill. It requires an admin of their billing system to update you to an "Active" status. That will take the access denied off the invoices.

they got the server up in about 40 hours, i ask for the minimal installed, there were a few programs installed that did not need to be, like pine. kernel was not upgraded but they began doing that instantly after the support ticket

It's a managed server then, I take it?

All Dinix's servers come with some sort of "management".

Ah, okay -- more or less "semi-managed" then
