    SBA Loan called 7 (a) that can be used for start up businesses up to $750,000.00. The loan can be used for more then just start up, but for my case it would appeal best.

    I would suggest you find a venture capital and get the loan form there. They have really nice rates, if you present them with a nice business plan, they even might not even want the money back, just a percentage of your business.

    Also, you could consider business angels...

    I might already have an angel investor . I was just wondering if anyone had one before .

    if you haven't considered chapter 7 bankruptcy, maybe you should.
    eliminate your debt, keep the property you want, most people qualify.
