I don't even worry about that for 2 reasons..
1.) If someone goes out and registers and puts up a site that is "yourcompanysucks.com" or something of that nature, you know that you have grown big enough where someone feels that you did them wrong and they have to let the world know..
2.) You successfully pissed someone off where they go out of the way to tell people how much of a "bad" person you really are..
Either one of those reasons is gratifying within itself to not bother registering those types of extensions..
