    finding my nameserver

    I recently bought a domain name. I want to host it on my home server. My problem is that I need to know my nameserver. For example, the place I purchased my domain name need a primary and secondary ns. How can I find it if my home server is hooked up to my DSL account?

    You can't find it because you don't have one. The DNS you use with your ISP to surf the web etc. probably won't be an option to you because your ISP no doubt has rules against hosting a server on their network.

    Did that slow you down any? I didn't think so, have a look at
