IMHO, eNom still dominates the preference for those who sell/broker domains. Some registrars are such a pain that I almost refuse to buy when a domain is registered with them. For example, GD is so stupid to tack on an additional 60 days after a push/transfer between GD accounts.
IMHO, it will depend on the person.
If he is a newbie or someone that does not understand anything and just want a domain I'm not sure that he will want to create a domain
But if it someone else, I'm quite sure it will be no problem to create an account...

I had a tough time authorising a domain transfer. The link sent to me just would not open properly and finally I had to send a faxed approval. I got really worried since its my first experience with Directi and my domain is due to expire soon.
