Host Reflex not open on weekends?

Do you know if they are open on weekends? They say they have a 6 hour setup time and its been 12 hours. I am on a very small timeframe here, and I find this unacceptable.
Did you ask them about set up times in your pre-sales questions, or make any special arrangements?
I did not, however, I was told set up time would be within 6 hours on the telephone.
There may be a delay in their payment processor notifying them of your order, although that wouldnt account for them not responding to your emails for so long.
I hope everything goes more smoothly when your account is set up.
All you can do at this point is just keep on trying to contact them. Please keep us updated on your situation and I wish you luck.
have you tried getting ahold of the support department, many times I have noticed companies especially smaller ones only have support on the weekends and all other departments are not in.
