Saving Bandwidth On Invision Board Question

In the AdminCP theres this option under Bandwidth Saving.

    Print HTTP no-cache headers?
(This will stop browsers caching pages) Yes No

And it's currently set to Yes. I looked around about this and didn't really find usefull information. So what I'm wondering is, if I put it on No, will it save bandwidth or no?

Reason for this is that I recently started a forum and will be expecting 20-30 members online at a time, so I would like to have as much bandwidth as possible.

if you will stop pages caching, you will increase traffic from both your and your visitor's sides.
