    Customer Service - Level 1 (part time)

    A web hosting company that has been in operations for over 5 years is looking for a part time customer service rep to help during normal business hours (9-5 EST) AND looking for someone who lives in England to support after hours (12midnight - 9 AM EST)

    We offer virtual hosting and managed hosting. We are looking for individuals who are willing to be paid on a per ticket basis, and may require some phone support. Pay would be dependant upon experience. Tasks would include:
    -Helping users configure Email
    -Basic connectivity issues
    -Answering basic questions available in our knowledge base
