    Slow Ticket responses @ Nocster/Burst?

    Well,

    Have you experienced a slow reply from the Nocster Guys? I sent a reboot request 45 Mins ago and no-answer yet. I have been with them for 8 Months and this month was the one with the slowest response times I have ever had!

    I m assuming they r flooded with reboot request
    Have u contacted CSM or burstnet?

    Also there is a possibility that ur server may ve got rebooted but they may not had a chance to update ticket

    Yes, I know. I got a reboot last night in 2 minutes from the ticket system. If things aren't back online quickly for one reason or another, give them a call to see what's going on. It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes for a reboot.

    Some times all u need to do file a ticket wait for 15-20 min if no response call them and simple give ticket number

    I didn't meant this threat to be "my support threat" style. I wanted to know if anyone else had seen this issue before. Burst fixed the problem... Now back to the topic.

    Yes, my box is down and has some issues with it, been over an hour since I filed my request, nothing yet... Took 8 hours last night for a new OS install

    Sometimes things happen, people get overwhelmed or something gets overlooked, that's the way it goes in business, nothing will ever always be to everyone's expectations. Until the day comes companies can replace everyone with robots ( soon, very soon! ), remember your services are being performed by human beings, who tend to make mistakes.

    Yes, I do agree... But if they have so many techs why it passed? I mean I have PerlDesk if no-one have the ticket assigned it will display it on the Emergency tickets window... And it wasn't 45 Mins (bad timming on my part) it was 2 Hours
