Game Servers COD/MOHAA LAGGING

Is there anyone out there running Call OF Duty servers and Medal Of Honor AA servers. Call of Duty seems to lag out MOHAA servers or cause an extra long time to join a MOHAA server when the COD servers are full. Any Ideas. The servers are dual xeons with 2 gigs of ram. Any help would be appreciated . Thx
