Why sell your business so quickly?
I see postings like this all the time:
http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...hreadid=270563
Where someone offers their business forsale, and closes the bidding in less than one day (35 minutes in this case!). I was just wondering why people aren't more willing to wait. I imagine that if I ever decide to sell, I'd have an open bidding (hide the buyers name if need be) and take offers for at least a week. Am I alone in this thinking?

Likely someone of a young age looking for some weekend spending $. Then again, they could have received an extremely decent offer.

could be that maybe the offer may go awayif you haven't considered chapter 7 bankruptcy, maybe you should.
eliminate your debt, keep the property you want, most people qualify.
contrary to popular belief - no attorney is necessary!

Also, he is selling hosting clients, so most likely he is trying to push them to another host ASAP to avoid inconvenience to the client.

No seriously though, I know of some hosts who only allot X# of clients and once their sign-ups go past that point they sell off those excess clients.
