Thumbs down New feature: "read and understand"

I find it very anoying that there are so many people on this board who actually are not able to read and understand.

    Just one small example:
    http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...hreadid=269928

The seller clearly stated "Please PM for initial contact."

Instead of taking the time to read and understand what a seller or buyer posts many jump on threads and post silly questions. Why should a seller post the URL of his site in public???

This happens quite often and is very irritating. There are many other anoying habitures...

Another good sample for this type of "human nature" is:

    The communication flow basically is....
post 1: I can't understand that no one makes a backup
post 2: You forgot about forums and sites with dynamic content

(this is the time when the thread could stop)

    post 3: there are forums
post 4: there are sites with dynamic content
post 5: oh and you forgot about forums
post 123: and what about forums?

Then you have someone who wants feedback on abcxyzhost.com and has already stated he/she has searched the forums and google.

    1. Try a search of the forum.
    2. Search is your best friend.
    3. Try host quote (as if that would help with feedback?
    4. Try myspammyhost.com they are better.

Hm. Is this somehow related to post counts? Or stupidity?

Something else that's annoying is typos in threads (or in this case at the top of the poll of this very thread!).

But yeah, I agree. Too many people just read the topic and then post, and don't bother giving constructive advice.

Yes I agree I can live with just about all the other ones but this type always has me shaking my head and looking at the sig lines though I see why most of them are there.
