Are you trying to outsource or do you want a toll free number where you will be answering?

None that I know of... price wise and for what you get it really does not get better than freedomvoice.

    Free? lol.

What in this world is *actually* free.

Most companies charge like 2.00/m for the phone #, that's pretty damn good. And then you pay per usage. It's *relatively* cheap - and if you need a support line for your company, you probably have a decent client base, or anticipate to have one - in which case you should be able to afford 2.00/m.
    Thanks,

There are a few you can use. I use kall8 and have the number forwarded through VoIP to my non-us phone. Their rates are some of the best arround.

    800 Number

We've been using Telcan (www.telcan.net) for toll-free support number, and have found them to be excellent. Their interface allows you to redirect your toll free number to any 'real' phone number in real-time, which could be useful.

I'm not sure what you meant by recording, but we currently use the Aptela system (www.e-cerv.com) to distribute calls to our teams, and i believe they are introducing call recording facilities shortly. They are pricey (about $250/mo. at least, depending on number of users) but well worth it.

Powernetglobal.com is economical and works great!

    exellent resources

Excellent resources, guys. I had no idea there were so many of these service providers. We have our own toll free number, but I didn't know there were easier ways to do it :-)
