Well, you have to admit that your IM handle could make one pause for thought. And now that cdream knows you are willing to help for free they may decide to contact you. It would make more sense though, for you to contact them, if you haven't already.
And cdream, you will get responses a lot faster if people know whether you have a budget to pay for ServerAdmin services. Free is always nice, but like they say, you get what you pay for -- no reflection on the offer from Aleksey or anyone else BTW.
First line of help though, should always be to contact your DC for any Server problems. They know your Server best and may be able to offer some free help as well.

What I'm going to need is someone to hold my hand for awhile. I'm new to the hosting world. My company has a good product for sale. Price right now really isn't an issue, unless it's in the thousands of dollars. With all the research i've done it really seems to me that some form of linux running apache, php, mysql is the route I would like to persue.
