What help desk software to use

    Hello Friends

I want to use a helpdesk software to provide support to my clients. Let me know about a helpdesk software that has some better interface and provide better options as well. Moreover it should be under $100 for single domain.
    Thanks.

I believe you want this forum: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumd...p?s=&forumid=9

However, in my personal opinion, I think Cerberus HelpDesk is one of the best.

    Try Liberum.

It's the best I have found.

I'm a big fan of Support Logic. There is no cost, it's easy to use and install (heck, it's in Fantastico and CPSkins Auto Installer as well as an easily installable archive. Used by hosts large and small, very scaleable.
