There are several of us here that use Dialtone Internet, though most of us have Intel servers rather than Cobalt RAQs. They do warrant mostly praise, and a quick search of the forum will reveal many comments about them. I've had a server with them for about 5 months and am very pleased overall.
As far as your English, there's no need to apologize. You made yourself understood and you did better than some people to whom English is a native language (though it may seem questionable).
Just to show you how close you were, here's a revised copy. You can see just how clear your statement is. I don't do nearly as well when I write in other languages.
