Hello,

I appear to be having a strange problem. For the month of May, all of my WHM accounts are showing 0 bandwidth usage. The cpanel side also shows 0. April was logging bandwidth with no problems, any suggestions?

Well, besides ditching cPanel. Have you tried /scripts/fixquotas?

The fixquotas script worked wonders. Still no idea why it stopped reporting.

Always use BandMIN ad it is the most accurate bandwidth tracker

fixquotas doesnt work for me. i'm getting error permission on the quota file. anyone knows how to fix?

I suppose you have already tried to update cPanel? There is more than likely a new build that could solve your problem.
