The big problem with these "cars" is that they runs on gas. For a company thinking about the future, using gas to run these darn things wasn't a very smart idea. They could get just as much power from hydrogen.

Bigger road it might be safer but imagine a drunk guy driving a flying car and you can pass people and stuff.

    ...congratulations, great little Harrier...

...sadly it looks as if a dog smashed a "$"."hit"...

...they should have probably hired a designer...

...besides, I can already sense a feeling of nostalgia for cars with wheels...

Can anyone really imagine this happenig?
    Flying cars?

some people can barely drive on the road, how are they gonna drive in the sky.

This is so so so so far into the future, it isn't even forseeable.
I doubt this will every happen. I just don't see flying cars.

There are no rules up there. No road, no control.

    Just imagine what will happen.

This is something from the Jetsons. It's all fiction. I don't know where these companies get the money for this type of stuff.

Oh well .. good luck to those that really see this happening.

Thats what bill gates said about not needing more than 32mb of ram!

Oh and about money, they have investors there is a video where they are performing hovering infront of investors, and there looks to be in excess of 100 there.

That "flying" car is probably the ugliest design I ever seen.

and they're accepting pre-orders when they can't even get it off the ground yet?

  36. #36
You guys never look at the posotive side of things. If we have flying cars traveling at 350 mph heal insurance costs are going to go down because if you crash your going to die. Also car insurance rates should go down, you can't really file a claim when your five feet in the ground. The downside is life insurance is going to go up.

Reminds me of Donnie Darko...It will be a LONG time before we see flying cars. Even if they were released in the next 20 years the FAA still controls the skys. With the amount of auto accidents on the ground these days, I personally wouldn't want cars falling into my house in the middle of the night...
