http://www.pccwbtn.com/ - is the datacenter??
Connectivity: 100Mbps (Pccwbtn). ?
IP to ping?
Your service page : http://host4you.net/serveriii.shtml - seems like a managed copy? Same format each.
Your whois and site contact information dont match ... - one is ny one is wa. Just wondering :/
Your site is host at Sentris. Are the servers there or Pccwbtn?
Isn't windows like $500 + per server??
Which windows version? Which Linux distro?
Just trying to get some details

It seems like they are reseller of sentris.com - all their servers and even order form are same.
Also control panel is not free after first month and transfer is not clear how is counted (in or out or together) - I want to purchase Windows server but control panel will cost $45/month after first month!
Also cannot find a way to pay them by PayPal....

wow...let me try to answer them
we're using sentris' data center in seattle, wa. you can test ip: 63.167.125.1
the bandwidth is total amount per month, calculated by adding your in + out, just like any other providers out there. (1000gb in + 1000gb out) for 1st mo, (500gb in + 500gb out), thereafter
2000gb total for 1st month, 1000gb thereafter.
we offer all kinds of linux distro, and w2003 server. if you have need not liste
on our order form, just make a note of it under the description section.
you can order directly at HTTPS : // secure2.wahju.com/host4you/order.cgi and it works, i just tested it.
and you can also choose without controlpanel to avoid extra fees after 1st mo

Also, order form says 1,5 mbits, is the server capped to 1,5 mbits?
Capped to 1,5mbit peaks will never transfer 500Gb out, just because the server will not send data at peak rate at every hour of the day

we don't normally do paypal, but if you insist, we can find a way to accomodate that for you, after you placed the order and make sure to mention it in the order
servers will usually be setup within 24 hrs, m-f, after we received the payment/order
we don't cap servers, by default, they all burstable up to 10/100mbps. we can however, cap it if you prefer.

that's the total amount of bandwidth (in traffic + out traffic) you get for free per month, extra bandwidth is about $0.90/gb/mo

The question is how much in and how much out?
Because 100 In + 900 Out is definelty a whole lot better than 900 In and 100 Out
