    Perl Desk Hosting....

    Hey

We have purchased perl Desk, we have installed it on 2 servers, 1 with the modules (perl), installed on, and the other one should have them on...

We are not getting the email piping or pop retrieval feature to work.

So please can anyone tell me where i can find a host, that has a client using perldesk perfectly, with email piping working...

    Thanks

All hosts can perform email piping for perldesk with relative ease. Just visit Perldesks's forum and there are hints on what you need to do to get it working for your set-up.

Is this being installed on a Cpanel-based server?

If you have Perl Desk functioning on your site and the email piping isn't working, I would say the most likely scenario is that you are not forwarding the mail to the email.pl correctly. The forwarder should look something like this:

    |/home/your_account_name/public_html/cgi-bin/ Your_PDesk_directory/include/email.pl

Don't forget to start of with the |
