I live in Brazil, so you already know its a problem to receive payments from paypal. I was just wodering if I open an account here at a branch of Bank Boston (an american bank) , I can withdraw paypal payments OR the branch of Bank Boston must be in US territory.
But on PayPal´s site, they say: "Users in any country may withdraw funds to a U.S. bank account." Thats the case of Brazil, so my question is: I can have an account on a US bank IN BRAZIL and accept Paypal? In my city we have a BankBoston and Citibank branchs. Or those branchs MUST BE in US territorry?

My best recommendation to you send an email to PayPal and ask them. There is no point asking anyone else, because if PayPal says yes, you're in. If they say no, they'll know and you'll be back to where you are now. Save the time and ask PayPal.
BankBoston and Citibank are global banks and have offices everywhere. However, each bank branch in each country must follow the laws imposed in that country. I believe US bank means you must have an account in US bank and physically have a business here. But then again, you need to ask PayPal.
