    * iPowerWeb Ignore my client's ticket!

I run a web hosting directory site. And I had refer my client to use iPowerWeb. Recently my client's site has down for more than 3 weeks and can't resolve his domain name.

He had tried to contact iPowerweb to resolve this issue for many times and get no feed back at ALL !!! They are ignoring his ticket according to my client.

My client does not want to call iPowerWeb support because of expensive phone calls..

Can iPowerWeb managers/owners/support staff help him ?
    Please message me for details.

    Regards

Spending a few bucks for a phone call is a lot better than 3 weeks of downtime.

Why dont you post the domain name. I'll bet the problem is not Ipowerweb. Post it and I will give you a good idea of what it is if not tell you what it is.

I agree. Right now, your client having his/hers site down for 3 weeks, has costed him more then what it would have costed to make the phone call in the first place.

That's not your client. That's Ipowerweb's client. You're just an affiliate/referrer of ipowerweb.

The problem is his domain has expired, and he can't transfer his domain out of ipowerweb. Ipowerweb didn't charge his credit card to extend his hosting plan and also did not renew his domain name.

He tried to contact iPowerWeb support staff many times and got no response at all.

I don't understand why people don't want to post the details of thier problems. I mean, if there is a problem with his domain, why not post it. People here can help you alot more effectively with just that bit of information. It's public information anyways, it is on the Internet afterall.

I can't post the domain name here because to avoid the domain being back-ordered and to avoid being registered by someone else..

The domain name has expired and ipowerweb is still the admin of the domain name.

Well, if the domain is expired, don't you think that is a good indication of what your problem might be? Just a thought.

Please contact ipowerweb support channels. There are a few options if you take a look at their site.
