    * Pure FTP Max Clients

    Hello,

    I need to change my Pure FTP settings so that I can have more then 3 connections from the same IP Address at the same time. What file do I need to edit? I am running a RedHat box with Cpanel.

    Thanks for all the help!

    If i recall correctly, the config file should be in /etc/pure-ftpd.conf

    Start pure-ftp with the following flag:

    --maxclientsperip=x

    Where x is the number of clients per IP. You need to have pureftpd built to allow this function/feature.

    I believe that CPanel uses a config file instead of passing options via that command that you listed. /etc/pure-ftpd.conf would be the correct file to modify in this case.

    The cpanel config file for pure-ftp is in /etc/sysconfig/pure-ftpd

    U can change the option above

    --maxclientsperip=3
