is the signup rate of 5-15 per day fairly consistent? meaning in one month, you could expect to add AT LEAST 200 new members? if that's the case, you could charge a premium over current cash flow. if your site has high growth, then a person buying your site should expect to bring in more than $100 per month in the future. at a rate of 200 members/month, your membership base would double in 4 months and you would probably expect to have double the revenues.
selling a company depends not only on current earnings but what you expect to make in the future, too. you could have two companies that make $100 a month. one company expects to make $300 a month in one year while the other expects to make $150 a month in one year. the first company should obviously sell at a premium over the second one.

yes but members isn't important. Revenue is whats important. You're only making $100/mnth.
Avidgamers, I haven't been there in a long while. Do you have the actual script for Avidgamers or just scripts to be run on Avidgamers. If you have the original one, please contact me.
As for your site worth, looking through it I would say you could get quite a lot for it, it has potential and I know that AG users tend to help each other out a great deal (although things may of changed). Don't settle for these crappy 500$, that's bull$h*t in my opinion.
Have you got any site stats (for unique users etc.) ?
