They both encrypt at 128 - there was a lengthy discussion about the SSL on another forum - on comparing them. There are two websites - but each of those websites are owned by Geotrust or Komodo, so I feel they do not give you accurate information.
chainedssl only works with some browsers and geotrust ssl works with most browsers. as long as chainedssl is fully compatible with IE5+ so who cares
