I'm looking for Colo in chicago. I run VOIP business and I need 100% uptime guarantee. I prefer equinix building, but not limited myself to that place. I need 1/3 rd rack (preferably dedicated) with 2 MB bandwidth and UPS backup alongwith remote reboot. I can close the deal quickly in a few days.

Try www.coloquest.com, they are in the level3 data center in chicago which i think is near equiinix but i'm not sure. I have a server there and it's great.. not sure about the uptime guarantee. What are you doing with VOIP ?
