The first buyer, NickRac left in the middle of the deal. I am still opening this offer to interested buyers. Highest bid so far is $50, I will give it 5 hours for more offers. Thanks.

Seller obviously have different ideas on sold...

Deal never fell through - my power went out becuase of a thunderstorm and apparently he doesn't feel as if my posting "SOLD" int he thread means anything.

What are people coming to today? I've been a part of hundreds of transactions here on WHT and never had a problem with someone selling something to someone else when I had posted sold.

You've left the deal without telling me a reason. Accident or not, I have the right to sell it to other interested parties that offer better prices.

Templater, it was only a few hours after NicRac posted SOLD that you cancelled the deal. Don't you think that's a bit unfair? On top of that, even if you did cancel his deal, then the next person should get it for the advertised selling price of $30. Since when did sellers get to change the rules, and make a "set price" sale into an auction? All the way around, this is not good business.

It is supposed to be $30, but people offered higher prices themselves. Anyways, I had enough offers on PM and will sell it. Mods, please close this thread. Thanks.

Once again, you set a price and he posted sold letting you know he would buy it. There was not mis-communication, you just noticed that you could get more for it than you offered. It was your mistake not his. You should sell it to him.

This wasn't started out as an auction.

    Price: $30 PayPal
Not Price: $30 PayPal or best offer.

Thus the first offer with payment should get the deal.

As a community liason, I do not have the power to say what will and will not transpire, however the deal *should* go as stated in your original post, not as an auction.

Then it should have been sold for $30. The thread is closed, but not by your request.
