From the looks of it, you became a client of the old NetStartz not much before Steven got hurt and had everything become belly up.
You should cut your losses for the hosting account as that is all you can do right now unless you can get in touch with him.
To have your domain transferred, you can try and contact Steven at: Steven@**********.com You could also probably contact OpenSRS and be able to fax them credible information to validate you are the owner.
Sorry to hear this happened to you. Like above said maybe a chargeback if you cannot get a straight forward answer from the company. Your domain is probaly gone for good from your control. Hopefully your next host will be better to you.
Steven said he'll refund everyone as soon as possible. (he said that about a month ago I believe). You should contact him. I believe his nick here is "netstartz". You could PM him about this and ask for a refund and control over your domain.
You may contact me at [email protected] - the email is active and works fine and you will receive a detailed response explaining how to get your refund and free 6 months hosting credit should you decide to take that. If you'd like control of the domain that can be arranged as well.
An announcement will be found on the NetStartz website this Thursday when the service is relaunched that is addressed to all previous nS customers. A database with all the usernames and passes has been setup and you can log into an area to claim credits and free hosting coupons.
Yes FNAP does seem to be banned but, what for I have no clue nor should it be too much of a concern for me as I am with NetStartz and not FNAP. Steven is handling the FNAP status on WHT anyways so who knows how it will end up.
