I have been disputing a $9.95 a month charge with Jaguarpc for 6 months with no success. They have been deducting an unauthorized $9.95 a month from my checking account. Trying to be professional with this company has been a very trying experience. The vice president Les has tried to convince me I'm a victum of idenity fraud. If that is the case....Why is Jaguar pc the only unauthorized charge on my account. Granted I've given this company a very long time to resolve this issue. They refuse to refund my money. I have had to take time off of work and close accounts and cancel cards. I have filed a claim with the Texas BBB and the internet BBB. JUST POSTING TO WARN PEOPLE IN ADVANCE OF THIS COMPANY JAGUARPC. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MONEY AND ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OVER THE PHONE.....BEWARE OF JAGUARPC.....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
