    After I created a new user account on WHM

    After I created a new user account on WHM, the WHM system sent an automatic email included all information for the new user, Like this:
    +===================================+
    | New Account Info |
    +===================================+
    | Domain: oudat.com
    | Ip: 64.xx.xxx.xxx (n)
    | HasCgi: y
    | UserName: XXXXXXX
    | PassWord: XXXXXXX
    | CpanelMod: default
    | HomeRoot: /home
    | Quota: 500 Meg
    | NameServer: NS1.Your_Domian.COM
    | Contact Email: Email address for user
    +===================================+
    Account was setup by XXXXX(your reseller account name) (root)

    The question is how I can Edit this Message which will be sent to my user and add some information like:
    NameServer2: NS2.Your_Domian.COM Or any other info

    can I change My NS1.Your_Domian.COM from my reseller account or I must contact with the admin to change that???

    Please help me

    Here is the deal this message gets emailed only when you have entered an email address for the account you are creating..... Leave the email address field blank when creating an user account and then you can cut and paste this info and add anyother info you like and then email it to your clients.....

    Hope that helps
    Good Luck

    I have found through experience that after I create an account WITH an email included in the email space, no email is sent to the specified address. I'm not even sure if it's suppose to, although it would be nice

    Hello,
    I would suggest you use the external API for creating accounts. I had created a create account script which use to give all this info in the response of the createacct function and then I was able to send it to the proper client . I suggest you check the API at cpanel.net in which they have given the details.

    No the contact email is to message users when you click the email all users link and when a user reaches 80% of their resources used.
    Patron: I'd like my free lunch please.
    Cafe Manager: Free lunch? Did you read the fine print stating it was an April Fool's joke.
    Patron: I read the same way I listen, I ignore the parts I don't agree with. I'm suing you for false advertising.
    Cafe Owner: Is our lawyer still working pro bono?

    You've received the email as system email that WHM generates. You'll need to setup your own API / databasing system that you can input these details into, then mail them out to customers.

    Contact your host to edit your reseller profile and down below add your private NS. After that all accounts will be installed under your NS automatically.
