That was my thoughts, but I don't know. I mean, seriously, how could a company afford to stay in business doing that because technical support is worth more than that for an hour! Say you had 3 TT's that month, they are losing more money! I mean, the only way I could see this as possible is if the server was a computer at someone's residence or something that they already had and aren't using. Who knows, it could be true....lol.
delta, I think you owe it to the members of this forum and potential buyers to prove the website, account and such are active and accessible. The running theory here seems to be that the host went down on you, and you're trying to make up your losses and get the heck out of there, which is highly unethical, and most likely a bannable offense here.
To put those claims to rest, please post a URL you have hosted with GelServers.com here, and how to get in touch with their "24/7 live support".
