Ever since I installed PRM (Process Resource Monitor) eximstats has been failing on average 4-5 times every hour, I'm not worried about it because I don't use it and I even have it disabled in the tweak settings but how do I stop them emails or stop it failing all the time?

PRM is very buggy in my experience and many of my clients' servers are having the same problem. Did you set the MIN_LOAD value higher? That often helps.

I kept the minimum load on the default 1, what's a more reasonable load?

What is the average load on your system? Take the average load and add 1-2 to it.
