What do you think is the best?

I like NET because it sounds technical, but I find that most users who are unsure to the address put COM.

Anyone else have anything to say on this?

to what it been famous, ofsource nothing beats the .com but same here i like .net although i find .biz is very good replacement for .coms from business point of view.
