I'm looking for someone to customize oscommrece for me or give me another alternative.

What I need is a shopping cart such as oscommerce, I need a few additions to the funcionality, such as e-products and changing prices.
And I need the site customized to fit my design.
And last but very imporatant the site needs to be in HEBREW.

So, if you speek hebrew it's a very big plus, if you don't and think you can design a site that left to right oriented, let me know.
