    WHM & ssl question

    let say i install a ssl cert under a whm reseller, will the clients under that reseller account be able to share the cert? if so, how?


    or they have to purchase their own cert. ?

    You can set it up as a shared-ssl cert and install it on the base IP's apache virtualhost. Then you can use a URL like https://whatever.com/~domainownerusername/ for your clients to use the cert to access their own sites. If you want to install one for just a reseller, you can do the same thing and simply have more than one shared ssl cert. Search the forums for more details on shared ssl certs.. there is plenty of information.
