    Selling Outdated or Used Equiptment

Wondering if WHT will create a forum for selling outdated networking equiptment or used servers. (Only Available to Premium Members). Was just thinking about it, I'm heading to ebay and it would be awesome if WHT might think about this idea.

Isn't Related Offers & Requests and the subforums good enough for that?

Honestly I don't think there is enough to warrant a forum just for the above purpose. I only see the occasional topics with old equipment for sale in RO&R forum at this point.

It's not against Rules to post this type of thing in RO&R forum ?

I don't see why... sounds like a "related offer" to me.

Its a related offer, sure, but posting there loses its effect when mixed in with 1000 other threads advertising link exchanges and male potency products (yes, I saw one of these the other day )

What I would really like to see is a miniature eBay especially for the hosting industry here on WHT (hopefully without fees for posting, yes yes?). I fully support restricting the listing of items to Premium Members. My biggest problem with just using eBay (like everyone is going to suggest, I know) is not only cost (granted its not a lot, but every penny counts these days) but also the fact that it takes too much time to use eBay, both selling and buying is a lengthy process. Sellers have to go through a large bureaucracy of procedures for various reasons and buyers have to worry about finding completely unrelated items when searching for IT products.

    My two cents..
