Is it ICANN registrar ? i dont think, I have seen that some people has this but they all are not ICANN registrar.

That's the ICANN webpage, where it tells you all the requirements you need, as well as how much you have to pay. I hope you have a lot of money to shell out for this. Besides the fees you have to pay ICANN, you also need nameservers, insurance of at least $500k (doesnt come very cheap for businesses) and look at all that paperwork! I'm not trying to bust your bubble here, but an ICANN registrar is not small potatoes. That's why there are so few

Actually, it's not an ICANN registrar. It's something like this
Registration Service Provided By: your company name here
It's the name of reseller, not registrar. I know some ICANN registrar provide this service like DirectI, eNom....

the cost to become a registrar is about $6500 + $500 per tld you want to sell. Plus you need working capital of $70k or credit in at least that amount.

I did some research on it and here is a link that talks about the certification process to be an icann registerar.....
