hi HiVelocity,
I agreed with FHDave. I think it's better for you to engage a professional lawyer or firm to attend to your legal matters. Anyway just my 2 cents worthWarmest Regards,

HiVelocity,
You definitely want to engage an attorney to review any and all legal documents. I would encourage you to use our Webhosting Policy Kit as a template and modify it to fit your needs. Also, write down any questions or concerns you have about particular issues. Take your marked up documents and questions to the attorney for review and revision. This approach could save you hundreds of dollar. If the lawyer has to start from scratch or with a blank document, then she or he will bill you for it.
WPK 2.0 will give your attorney an excellent starting point.
I hope this helps.

I understood so suggestion perfectly. I just thought I would expand upon it for others as well as offer some guidance that hopefully would save money and time in the long run.

Mediafreaks,
I just hate it when typos and mental slips creaks into my postings.
My previous post should have read: "I understood your suggestion perfectly..."
Also, thank you for caring enough to respond to other people postings.
