2. PR5 or PR6 refers to Google PageRank. PR5 = PageRank of 5 and PR6 = PageRank of 6. PageRank can be from 0 - 10. i'm guessing most of the time you see this, it will be in reference to Search Engine Optimization (SEO). basically, people want higher PageRanks so their sites can be higher on the search results on Google and they also want sites with high PageRank to link to them b/c this also boosts their search engine placement.
3. when someone clicks on the ad, it goes through a different link that logs the click and then redirects the person to the web page the ad is for.
if you want to sell ad space for your site, you may also want to check out Google AdSense.
