    APF Error messages:

    Does anyone have any idea what this means...i get this error when i try to start apf firewall:

    root]# service apf start
    Starting APF:/usr/sbin/apf: Set: command not found
    /etc/apf/vnet/vnetgen: Set: command not found
    /etc/apf/firewall: Set: command not found

    First su to root with su -
    Make sure you include the "-" as this changes to root environment completely.

    /etc/apf/apf -s

    This is what starts APF.
    What version are you using, there should be a file called /etc/apf/VERSION..... also if you're using the RPM based APF it's an outdated version.
