An Error Occured - mysql error. right user, right DB, right pass...?

    An Error Occured
Unable to connect to the database server.
    Please try again later.

I keep getting this error message but everything is right. Does this mean it will be available later, or is it just saying to give it a shot again? I know for a fact the DB is right, hostname is right, user is right, and pass is right.

Probably means there is a networking issue. Either the server is stuck, needs to be restarted, or the default port has changed.

If it was a username/password issue, it would give you another error message.
