Yeah but one of those only has a 10GB hard drive and serverpronto only gives you one reboot a month after that it's 29 bucks for each one. For that price you're not going to get too much, I would say go with nocster at least they won't charge you for reboots.

For $50 and less it's either used hardware, or huge setup fees, or too little bandwidth and huge extra bandwidth fees, or you pay for every reboot and ticket you submit to support. In any case, there's a catch with such servers and you should think twice before getting one.

Used hardware isn't always that bad - We have a P2 266Mhz laptop running perfectly on its original hardware, and a P2 350Mhz desktop that is also fine (except for the dead, refurbished harddrive that we added in at a later point as a backup) - The original 10GB drive is going strong.
For cheap servers ($50 or less), I'd recommend Nocster's Closeout P3 800MHZ with 100GB of bandwidth, or contact Wholesale Internet to see if they have any of their specials (listed at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...hreadid=257664 ) left. I currently use Nocster, and have tested out Wholesale Internet, and would recommend them both from experience.
I think the phrase "cheap is ****" is not correct ALL the time!
I just bought a semi-dedicated server from Reyox Communication and I'm thrilled with their customer support and server quality.
Not to mention, I've not seen such low price with such quality and friendly support they provide.
I've signed up on April 26th, 2004. One thing that really got my attention was that they did not start billing me the TOTAL money from that day of purchase. They just charged me $4.68 for the 4 days remaining in that month. Most companies I've been with always wanted the money first and forgot about their service.
James, the owner I believe, is fantastic! He helped me setting up my server and got me online within 1 hour. I think you should definately give reyox.net a shot.
Oh, did I forget something? Their IPs cost $0.10 cents/each.
Get it all. Let me know how was the service. I'll keep you all up to date too. Thanks to Reyox Com.
