    Greetings:

You may get quicker answers to H-Sphere questions in http://forum.psoft.net/

If in H-Sphere 2.3.2 with the most common set up, then in /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf

If in the new H-Sphere 2.4, then do an

    updatedb

And then do a locate on user_prefs for a given domain.

I don't use 2.4 (it is not yet released); but check the docs as their may be an interface to user_prefs.

    Thank you.

To whitelist system-wide go to /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf and add a line (anywhere)

    whitelist_from [email protected]

    you can also use wildcards:
    whitelist_from [email protected]

You can also trust an entire mailserver - this seems to work better than whitelisting because spammers can't fool it as easily:

    trusted_networks 111.222.111.222 #ip address of mailserver

To apply these rules only for your customer's domain, go to his /home/ folder, find /.spamassassin/ and make the changes above to user_prefs

Then, you need to restart Spamassassin:
On my linux/cpanel box, this does it:
    from ssh enter:
    service exim restartassin
