I am experienced with Technical Support and Presales Support of web hosting using Ensim Webppliance (3.0.X - 3.7.X).
I am extremely familiar with ModernBill, Enom, Godaddy, Perldesk, Cerberus Helpdesk, Stargate, Live Person (Web based live chat), RedHat Linux (via cmd line), Web Browsers, Email Clients, DNS, Apache, and many more web hosting support issues.
I can perform well via live support chat or help desk tickets, as well as in handling account questions/changes via ModernBill or any other billing system after a short adjustment period.
I am available starting immediately for work either part time or full time during the day (CST 9am-9pm) Monday-Saturday.
I will work from home via DSL where I also have access to a very knowledgeable Linux Administrator who will always assist me with anything I am not comfortable with, and who is also available for part time/emergency administration.
