sub domain redirect and cgi access conflict

i currently have a sub domain setup at
    and the subdomain is

when i try to access this cgi script with the full path, it works fine, but when I try to access the script using the sub domain redirect. It gives this error:

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/admin on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. "

any one have clue how to can fix this or configure this in whm/cpanel?

You are actually attempting to access cgi-bin and not the sub-domain cgi-bin.
