It's a lovely little thing in the new versions of cPanel.
For the features to work you must upgrade your WHM to the "Pro" version. Then the features will work in the cPanels for your users.
It's a strange thing the way they did it but most of us dealt with it a few months ago when it first happened. The features appeared in the cPanels but don't work unless you upgrade WHM to the "Pro" version (still a free upgrade as fas as I know...but that's not far)

No way to make it go away that I know of. As far as I know the only solution is to upgrade to WHM "pro" version.
Then the features will work or you can make them go away in feature manager.
Or you can do what I do and use Rvskins so your customers only see what you want them to see for their particular plan. I haven't seen a lot of discussion on it here but I really like Rvskins, solves all these type problems, lets you easily "brand" your cPanels & looks better too.

check your feature list for the package. You can uncheck them in there and they will go away.

  7. Weird, you shouldnt have cpanel pro features there if you didn't upgrade to pro.

cmark is right you can turn them off in WHM.
If you are extreme, go to /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x/cpanelpro/ delete x.html
That will make the 'pro' items go away. Now that is the 'Pro' way of solving the Cpanel 'Pro' 'Pro'blem.
