    This is most likely your problem then. You are getting emails from the system and they are resgistering in OSticket. You need ot make cPanel redirect the email to another account.

    Is your server hostname server1? If it is then the mail is coming from your server not a user.

    the name of the account is server1

    i know it is coming from the system and not a user, but it keeps flooding OSticket, and everytime a user sends an e-mail to it, it will send them a blank e-mail also :-X
