host
i was wondering, if you had your domain name listed, and you change the server to the resellers ns1, is the reason that your site does not show, because the new server has the files now ? or doesn't have the files?

There is around a 1-2 day delay when you change the nameservers on the domain. You should be able to connect to your new host to upload files by using the IP address they gave you. You may also be able to contact them about setting up a temporary URL, that's something I do for clients that don't want to wait those 24-48 hours

Hi,
You will need to upload your files to the new server.
Ask your host if there is a way to view your website before DNS propogates... so you can make sure everything is in working order.
When you can view your sites via the above method, you can change the nameservers on your domain. Within 24-72 hours everything will be running off the new server

It takes time to propogate. Mostly it takes anywhere from 24-48 hours until everything is on the new ns1. Until then, you can give http://www.webhostingcompanydomainna...ivenuponsignup a try.

Ok, forgot about vB's way of shortening URL's.

It could be your ISP being slow reflecting the DNS change, try viewing the website through a proxy to see if it loads.

24 hours is normal delay for changing DNS zones.
